The ICT (Inter County Tournament) is a prestigious annual event organised by Badminton England.  Wiltshire entered a team, supported by Marshalls of Salisbury.

The tournament age group is under 18, the Wiltshire team has an average age of 14 ranging from 12 to 16, it was supported by Natalie Wong, as Team Leader and Lead Coach, and Thomas Maddison as support coach.

The team played Warwickshire, Cornwall, Sussex, Worcestershire, Lincolnshire (twice), Lancashire and Gloucestershire.  The team played eight matches over four days, the first four matches resulted in three losses and one draw, after a review and a few alterations the second four matches resulted in two wins, one draw and a single loss.  Considering the vast age gap these results were outstanding and a credit to each member of the team.

The event was greatly enjoyed by everyone, a lot was learned and the players came away with some very valuable experience and considerable competitive attitudes.
