 Junior Membership Data
For junior members, we collect extensive details to ensure welfare and safety:

Personal Details: Name, Gender, Date of Birth, and Full Address.
Special Category Data: Disabilities and Medical Conditions. This is processed under Explicit Consent solely to ensure player safety during sessions.
Parent/Carer Contacts: Names, Emails, and Mobile Numbers for emergency and administrative use.
 Senior League Data
We collect the minimum data required to manage Wiltshire County league activities: Full Name and Gender.

Purpose of Processing:

Score Reporting: To maintain a record of who played in which matches.
Eligibility Verification: To ensure all participants are registered members and eligible for the specific division or match type.
Gender Requirements: To facilitate Mixed and Hybrid matches which rely on specific gender balances.
Data Retention: Member data is retained as long as the player is active in the league. Inactive player data can be viewed or archived by district administrators.

Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data. You may also withdraw consent for medical data processing at any time, though this may affect our ability to coach your child safely or for individuals to be eligble for WCBA organised events which include leagues and tournaments .
